I have held a series of senior administrative leadership positions, supervising up to 32 faculty and staff and managing budgets over $100K for collections, technology, digital initiatives, technical services, special collections, and access services at Binghamton University Libraries. Responsible for the overall integration and maintenance of library systems and servers (examples - ExLibris systems: Alma, Rosetta, Primo, and ILLiad, Ares, Archivespace). Provide a library technology vision that aligns with University Information Technology Services for virtualization, cloud-based technology, and the technology replacement cycle. Set priorities for managed departments, proactively identify areas for improvement, determine solutions, and implement enhancements/changes to improve operations and services.
