As the Head of Access & Delivery Services for the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library (CWML) I am responsible for providing leadership and vision for all aspects of access services in support of the clinical, research, and education missions within the Yale New Haven Medical Center.

Primary responsibilities include oversight and management of the Medical Library’s circulation, resource sharing, course reserves, privileges, acquisitions, and public service desks operations. Leads a motivated team, including 8 Clerical & Technical staff and 5-10 student workers. Develops and executes strategic plans that enhance user access to library resources, with a focus on exceptional customer service and user experience. Fosters a creative, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment. As a department head, I serve on the medical library’s Leadership Team and contributes to overall medical library planning.
