About me
Jessica D. Gilbert Redman, MLIS, is the Online Resources & Services Librarian at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences Library, where she takes on the responsibilities of electronic resources management (ERM), vendor communication, troubleshooting, library systems, and other online services for the library. She relies on data-driven processes and strong communication skills to ensure continued, streamlined access to databases, journals, and online library systems. She enjoys speaking about e-resources and accessibility at conferences (or with anyone willing to reach out to chat!) Jessica currently lives in North Dakota with her spouse and her Siamese cat, Ronan.
