I’m an academic library director at National University, where I lead a fully digital library supporting more than 20,000 online and military-affiliated learners. My work sits at the intersection of access, innovation, and impact, especially in open educational resources (OER), student affordability, and the design of library services that actually meet learners where they are.
I’m particularly interested in how we can use data, thoughtful technology adoption (including AI), and strong partnerships with faculty to create more equitable and effective learning experiences. Lately, I’ve also been thinking a lot about sustainable leadership and how we balance innovation with capacity, and how to bring tested leadership strategies into our digital work environments.
Come talk to me about distributed management, OER strategy, digital library design, AI in higher ed, building high-impact teams, or making the case for library value in resource-constrained environments.
