About me
Kristina Clement, MA, MSIS, Ed.D. is the Assistant Director of Academic Engagement and Instruction at the Kennesaw State University Libraries and is the Chief Human Resources Officer and co-founder of the Journal of Open Educational Resources in Higher Education. Kristina enjoys researching and writing about empathetic leadership, equitable outreach, middle management in libraries, Open Educational Resources, and the faux-equity of the one-shot instruction session.
