About me
Julie M. Trumble is the Associate Director of the Moody Medical Library. She received her Master of Library and Information Science and her BA from the University of Texas at Austin. Her interests include evidence-based medicine and information literacy. Her involvement in medical education began at UTMB in 1996 when she was introduced to problem-based learning and worked as a small group facilitator in the School of Medicine's Interactive Learning Track curriculum (1996-1998). She completed the UTMB's Medical Education Scholars program in 1999. Mrs. Trumble feels fortunate to be in a profession she loves and at an institution that allows her so many opportunities to emphasize education and teaching.
